Diversity Stories
Short portraits of six (new) Berliners
In 2007, AYEKOO – arbeit und ausbildung eV was founded by personnel and education consultants with the goal of strengthening the social participation of immigrants through successful entry into the workforce!
In the videos shown here, participants in our various diversity projects report on their experiences working with AYEKOO eV.
AYEKOO eV also supports companies and organizations in their search for suitable personnel. The association specializes in the recruitment of immigrants. The potential and skills of these new employees help companies meet new challenges with an international workforce!
