Goals and purpose of the association
Working areas and goals of AYEKOO eV
"AYEKOO", translated from the Ewe language of Ghana (West Africa), means: "Well done!"
And that perfectly describes the central theme of our work: to successfully support young people and adults from all over the world in their entry into professional life. Because it is in their careers that people develop their personalities, acquire a livelihood, and thus achieve social recognition.
In 2007, AYEKOO – arbeit und ausbildung eV was founded by personnel and education consultants with the goal of strengthening the social participation of immigrants through successful entry into the workforce!

“…AYEKOO eV builds bridges between companies and migrants. The association enables young professionals to contribute their unique cultural background as an asset to a company. In a globalized world, both sides benefit from this: the company and the new employees.”
